Administration
The gift to be able to coordinate and manage human and material resources
effectively to achieve a defined purpose.

Apostle
The gift to be able to provide leadership to a group of churches with a special
revelation and spiritual authority from God.

Encouragement or
Exhortation
The gift to be able to strengthen and build up others through the use of
gifts, words, or actions.

Evangelist
The gift to be able to share the gospel of Christ with unbelievers in ways
that plant the seeds of discipleship, bearing fruit in the growth of the
Church.

Leadership
The gift to be able to set goals, communicate them, and guide and direct
others to achieve them together.

The gift to be able to go wherever and whenever called upon to share their
other spiritual gifts with persons from different cultures or circumstances.

Pastor
The gift to be able to accept responsibility for the spiritual guidance and
